Aqua Star’s sea scooters (Models AS1 and AS2) were created to provide the scuba diving experience to virtually anyone – without any of the rigors required by the typical diving experience. No certification, no cumbersome attached gear, and no experience required. Sitting in your own breathing environment and traveling at speeds of up to 4 mph,the rider can experience new and exciting underwater vistas. Also, with a basic operating depth of up to 40 feet, riders have access to shallow reefs without requiring a weight belt or a back strapped tank. Both models have 2.5 hours of pure battery operation. The controls operate like your typical motorbike: just turn the handlebars for direction and push the batons for speed and depth. Unlike other manufacturers, Aqua Star’s scooters have two electric motors: one for forward movement and another for vertical movement. These provide for precise control and maneuverability and safety.

The diving style helmet is integrated into the scooter body and with all the heavy and cumbersome breathing apparatus mounted onboard the bike, the rider(s) are free to dismount, swim around and climb back aboard. We have also built our scooters with a distortion free diver style face plate. Giving a better underwater experience. Both scooters can operate tethered or untethered to a main vessel. Pressure and depth gauges are provided on the control bar.

AquaStar1 (AS1)

AS1 Sea Scooter has been meticulously designed for underwater diving. It turns in almost its own length, has a self contained breathing environment (natural and comfortable to breathe), and provides excellent visibility and distortion free views. AquaStar2 (AS2)

AS2-Building upon the success of the AS1, Aqua Star envisioned a two person scooter. After intense design and engineering, it is now a reality. Now couples can share the underwater experience in one environment. The second person at the controls eliminates any fear for the timid. The AS2 is perfectly suited for couples and families to explore underwater wonders in a very safe environment. No experience required. Aqua Star Helmet

The Diving Helmet is designed for tourist trips, underwater repairs and research in depth of up to 10 meters (approximately 33 feet). The helmet is easy to operate and requires no special training. The unusual fabulous sense of low gravity will make you move underwater by jumping, as if you were walking on the moon. Flat glass enables a perfect visibility range.

Instructions:

The 10 meter hose connects between the back side of the helmet and to any air tank or directly to an air compressor.
Open the air valve and determine the amount of air on the manometer. Make sure you can hear and feel the air flowing into the helmet.
Enter the water shoulder-deep, and have your partner apply the helmet from above.
Slowly descend into the water.
Try to choose a smooth bottom for walking or working.
Be sure to wear shoes in order to avoid accidents, pricks and cuts.
When done resurface to top and have your partner remove the helmet then climb the stairs back on.
Turn off the air valve.
Rinse the helmet and the hose with fresh water, and wipe with a soft cloth.
In case of any problems of air flow into the helmet, do not panic, fill air into lungs, then take the helmet off and resurface, while resurfacing let the air out of the lungs gradually.

Avoid:

Using the helmet in a state of alcohol or drug intoxication.
Use by people suffering from cardiovascular diseases.
Use by children under 10 years old or by children between the ages of 10-18 unaccompanied by adults.
Diving alone (always have a partner to accompany).
Jumping into the water while the helmet is on.
Leaning extremely to one side or jumping high when walking on the bottom
Descend in an unknown location
Descend in an uneven, rocky bottom.
Descend to a depth over 10 meters (Approximately 33 feet).
Fussing or hurrying under the water.

Remember the underwater world will open its secrets to those who are patient and obey the underwater world rules.
